  • Career Development Planning is a life-long process. It is like writing a business plan about you that is always changing and updated with new directions and new ideas. At The HR Coach & The HR Coach Learn we can assist you in getting started on this journey. Look honestly at your goals, your life journey, your strengths and your weaknesses. Identify what motivates you and what de-motivates you! Learn to set achievable, realistic objectives and reasonable limits for yourself. Identify if you need a career change or need to change things about your current career choice. Career changes should be for positive reasons.

    All of these things and more will be explored in your Career Development Planning Session. A pre-assessment worksheet will be assigned to you to be completed prior to your session as well as an online assessment.
